Juandolyn Stokes is a powerful, anointed and prolific preacher, teacher, author, pastor and motivational speaker. Her strong passion for souls has caused her to birth ministries that cater to the spiritual, emotional, psychological and physical needs of people. She serves as pastor of Deeper Life In Christ Ministries, Inc., located in both Decatur and Conyers, Georgia, just outside of Atlanta. She is a spiritual daughter of Bishop Larry Trotter, pastor of the Sweet Holy Spirit Church in Chicago, Illinois.
Juandolyn Stokes is a woman who represents spiritual maturity and integrity. Her educational background includes studies at Clark Atlanta University, majoring in Broadcast Management. She received an Associated Degree and Bachelor of Arts degrees from Beulah Heights Bible College in Atlanta, Georgia. She graduated with honors from the Interdenominational Theological Center in Atlanta, Georgia, with both a Master's of Divinity and a Master's of Arts in Christian Education.
She released her first book entitled, What Have I Been Called To Do, on the national TBN "Praise the Lord" television program. She has authored her second book entitled, Am I That Woman. It is a self-help book designed to strengthen and encourage women. She was featured in the February 2003 issue of Gospel Today Magazine as one of America's 10 Most Powerful Female Pastors. She was honored and awarded by the Gospel Heritage Foundation in 2005 as a Woman of Excelllence Ministry Award recipient. The Gospel Announcer's Guild of the Gospel Music Workshop of America awarded her the Golden Mic Award in 2005 for excellence in radio announcing.
Pastor Stokes is active in the community. She serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Youth Hope Builder's Academy, which is a faith-based organization that mentors and trains youth between the ages of 12 and 17. She also serves as a board member for the Gospel Heritage Foundation. This is an organization dedicated to preserving the heritage of Gospel Music. She is also a board member for the Colaborating Center for African American Leadership Development, an organization designed to train and equip youth and adult Christian leaders for effective leadership in the 21st century.
She continues to serve the gospel music spectrum as well. She hosts the weekly evening gospel music show on The Light, a nationally syndicated radio program produced by the Sheridan Broadcasting Company, called Evening Inspirations. She also hosts the Sunday Morning Show called Praise Break. She serves as Chaplain for the Gospel Announcer's Guild of the Gospel Music Workshop of America, whereby she has been awarded Gospel Announcer of the Year.
Pastor Stokes is a woman who represents spiritual integrity and maturity. She is an anointed vessel that continues to receive new wine from the Lord and pour into the hearts of God's people everyday. TIME cannot contain her for she is always on the move to win souls for Christ. SPACE cannot hold her for she feels it with God's love and grace. GREATNESS is not enough, for EXCELLENCE is who she is and what she represents.
